Welcome on the site of german shepherd kennel Von Jabora. Our kennel is located in the province Drenthe. For more than 10 years, we brees mainly black-brown german shepherds. From each litter we try to keep one or two pups, that can be important for our breeding program. We also use german import, to contineously improve our breeding program. All our pups come with a certificate of breeding level (Certificaat van Fokniveau, issued by the dutch VDH).

In short....

We are very strict in judging our dogs, because no dog perfectly meets the required breeding standard. Although we believe that the german shepherd is the most beautiful dog in the world, we as breeders must, despite the good looks of our dogs, always try to assess our dogs objectively compared to the breeding standard and our own goals. This way, we can discover any weaknesses and their causes, thus improving the quality of our german shepherds.
